Restaurant opened quite a few years ago, till date their order turnaround time hasn’t changed. Slowest service in South London. Average Order of scrambled eggs takes about 35-45 mins!
I used to be a very frequent customer and enjoyed using the cafe/ restaurant for professional meeting but unfortunately recently things have changed and there seems to only be 1 person acting as serving and waiting staff.It seems as though them interacting with their phone is more important to them than taking care of their customers and the responsibility the owner has entrusted them with.I came in today hoping to have a nice breakfast but after waiting for a few minutes for the front counter staff member to look up from his phone so I could place my order, instead of shouting for his attention (which I deemed rude), I decided to leave instead.The staff needs to be trained on the etiquettes of greeting customers, ensuring tables are cleared and cleaned immediately after clients have left so that they are ready for the next ones and NOT have their on them during work hours.It reflects very poorly on the establishment and let’s down the great food otherwise available here.I would sincerely advise that this is addressed immediately to prevent the reputation of the business being compromised.

Had a lovely All American Morning breakfast with my sister this afternoon, came with recommendation from AB! Hands down one of the best I’ve ever tasted - we also got the homemade apple juice! You guys really need to push that as one of your staple menu items! I’d advise emphasising its health benefits on outdoor signage with a focal point off it being nutrient-rich, a natural detox and homemade. Free In-store sampling on a busy high street like this would drive so much business too

Visited on a Sunday and was able to be seated straight away. It was my first time here and I was impressed. The decor is modern but quite rustic. The menu has lots to chose from however I opted for the buttermilk chicken fried burger with chips and I liked my meal. The pricing is okay… and customer service okay .. no complaints but no compliments. With this said I would happily return
